The Yochon is a small, affectionate companion dog, typically lively and curious with a friendly temperament that suits families and singles alike. They are compact in size, enjoy short bursts of play and daily walks rather than extended exercise, and generally adapt well to apartment living while relishing regular attention. When buying or adopting, consider their grooming needs, dental care and the importance of early socialisation and gentle training; they can be prone to small‑dog health issues so a reputable breeder or a full vet check for rescues is important.
